ggStart with and egg.

There’s this great quote that I think was said by Tim Ferriss, I don’t know where exactly he said it although my best guess is The 4-Hour Chef. What he said was this:
“You want to eat a healthier diet? Start with adding an egg to your breakfast.”
The point is that in order to eat more healthy, you need to start small. In order to change something, you need to start somewhere. In your diet, it might be an egg. For exercise, you might get off the bus one stop earlier that you need to and walk the rest. For reading, it might be reading a 2 minute article a day on that same bus.
Start small, and set the bar low enough for you to be able to reach it. There’s no use setting goals that you’ll never reach. Goals are quite useless if there’s no way for you to reach them.
