My daily rhythm.

I’ve realised more and more what my daily rhythm looks like, and how it affects me. The rhythm is central to know what I need to do at what time as well as for me to excel at certain tasks throughout the day. My optimal day looks something like this:

5am: Wake up.

5:15: Read and write.

≈7: Have breakfast, shower and get out of the apartment.

≈8: Work.

≈11: Lunch

≈12: Exercise

≈14: Nap

≈15: Work again.

≈16: Dinner whilst working.

≈20: Get back home. Relax.

22: Sleep.

Figuring all of this out has helped me find a balance through the day to get the most out of myself in all aspects. Following this, I take care of most parts of my life that I need in order to feel fulfilled and happy.
