Spirituality is a touchy subject to many. Either it’s too personal, or it’s mumbo jumbo. Some might not even want to talk about the subject because of that distance between the camps.
What’s true is that in some peoples view of the world, these things make their lives better. Some people experience things that they can’t explain, and find an explanation in spirituality.
The people that think little about the spirituality part of things might understand the effects of the experience, but not acknowledge the explanation.
“ Don’t believe in it, but it seems to work.”
Does it matter whether or not you believe in it? Could we just have the last part of that sentence, and be fine with that?
