All you got to do is to decide what to do with the time that’s given to you.
— Gandalf Grey
My intention for this year is to 10x. To level up ten times. To become ten times more.
During my trip to India, I got some well needed input on what that might mean, and I was asked questions that lead me to new questions. Much like exploration happens.
What I’ve more or less landed in is that 10x-ing for me is about doing less. In the sense of being involved in projects, in the sense of creating different arenas and in the sense of going to meetings. I want to do less things.
I don’t want to spend less time doing. So I’ll have to put more time in to the things I’m currently engaged in, which is a huge struggle for me. It’s a lot easier to create new than to uphold what’s existing.
I’ve been rewatching the LotR-triology the past days, and this quote from Gandalf really struck me. Mainly cause it’s what this year is about for me. Intentionally using my time for things that’ll evolve me, that’ll help 10x-ing.
It’s hard work, especially when possibilities open up every day.
What would 10x mean for you? What would you have to explore in order to evolve?
